In this two hour small group session you will explore your mind body relationship and come out with:

  • Your definition of being fit

  • Small habits to become who you want to be

  • Establish your values to build confidence

  • Amazing feelings after dynamic sweat session

4 Week MINDFIT Program

4 Week MINDFIT Program

We are going on a deep dive of who we are and what we believe, to create a strong foundation for your fitness journey. In this program we will:

  • Discover our why to being fit - which will provide us with drive

  • Love our bodies - break negative self talk and embrace kindness

  • Believe we can - create a growth mindset

  • Learn How - find exercise you love and exercise in an effective way

This program includes:

  • 4 Group MINDFIT Sessions (once a week)

  • 1 Individual 60 minute PT Session with Aileen, Certified Personal Trainer (to get started/ improve exercise technique)

  • 2 Individual 60 minute Coaching Session with Tiara, Emotional Intelligence Coach (to analyze and break old thought patterns to embrace new ones)

  • Supplementary weekly material for self exploration

    Tiara’s coaching approach is focused on learning to identify, understand and manage our emotions.

    Every PT program will be customized for you, on your specific needs, taking into consideration previous injuries and your fitness level.
