A note from Aileen and Tiara

Learning to take care of our body and mind has been a lifelong journey for us. Being fit and healthy can look very different for every individual. We believe the way to achieve a life where you are fit and healthy is to first define what that looks like for you. To create real change in our lives, we need to feel good and rewarded. We want to create a program that uses self awareness and introspection to put in action the healthy habits you want and learn to treat our bodies and mind with the kindness and respect they deserve.

Aileen J Wong

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, voted Best Personal Trainer in Hong Kong by Honeycombers, Group Class Instructor and BoxBeat HK Creator.

Aileen’s approach with her clients is focused on building confidence, treating your body with kindness and enjoying every step of the journey with workouts that keep you having fun and being challenged.

Tiara Hoquee

Tiara Hoquee

Psychologist with a Master’s in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching.

Tiara’s coaching approach is insight focused. By creating awareness of your current situation and then visualizing where you want to go then a roadmap to follow unfolds. Tiara believes that by getting to know and take care of ourselves, is how we develop a clear identity, and good habits to support our health.
