MINDFIT is an approach to fitness and being healthy by accessing the power of our minds, our identity, and habits. To have them work for you, not against you.

MINDFIT - Connecting Body and Mind

THE PROBLEM

Society has defined being fit for us. When we think about being fit often our minds go to:

  • Six packs

  • Starving to fit in a dress

  • No carb diets

  • Intensive cardio workouts

This has led us to have a negative relationship with our body. Having your favorite snack brings on guilt. Those love handles coming out the side of your jeans leaves you feeling fat. We become our own worst critics and think we’ll only be happy when we have a small percentage of body fat.

THE MINDFIT SOLUTION

We want to work together to find what your definition of fitness is and how we can help you achieve it together by identifying behavior and beliefs that work for you.

If we don’t create our own definition of what is being fit, we have to accept others' definition.
